XMA Content Agency (X Media Agency, “XMA”, “we”, “us”) is a content and marketing agency in Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it simple and we don't sell your information.
What we collect
When you fill in one of our forms, through our social media, one of our ads or a sign-up link we send you, we may collect:
- Your name, mobile number and email address
- Your agency or business name
- Details you give us about a property or listing, such as the address and dates
- Your Instagram handle, if you share it
- Your answers to any questions on the form
If you pay us, payment is handled through a secure checkout. We don't see or store your full card details.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about our services and the offer you asked about
- To book and deliver the work you pay for
- To send you updates or offers, but only if you agree. You can opt out any time.
- To understand how our marketing is working and improve it
Who we share it with
Only with trusted service providers that help us run our business, such as advertising, forms, payments, bookings and email, and only as needed to do that. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we keep it
We store your information securely, and only the XMA team can access it. We keep it only as long as we need it for the reasons above, then delete it.

- Stop hearing from us: reply “no thanks” or “STOP” to any message, or email us
